Readers of the Inkubator have probably noticed that it’s been a while since we posted. We promise, we have not been idle. We’ve still been thinking about the craft of writing, just in a different format
Unedited: From Idea to Manuscript and Shelf to Screen is a new podcast from Inkshares. We launched at the end of October and have been working hard to put out high-quality episodes in the time since. As the title suggests, Unedited covers all stages of the creative process, the bringing of a book to market, and its path from page to screen. Whether you're an aspiring writer, an established author, a story professional, or just a story junkie, it is a behind-the-scenes trip into all facets of the global story economy. We’re joined by some of the best writers, book professionals, booksellers, and adaptation stakeholders in the business. We keep it informed, unfiltered, and unedited—not a salon, think a bar, whatever your drink or genre of choice.
Does that mean we’re signing off over here? Not at all. We’ll be posting podcast episodes here and tying those episodes back to what we are talking about in the Inkubator, while continuing to push more interesting craft-specific posts.
